More randomness and highlights

Mythbusters was at UC Irvine yesterday giving a lecture about their show/history. Also answered questions. Sadly I forgot my camera that day. However, it was great fun, except for that random guy who kept yelling out random things. He should have just sod off or got kicked out.

So here are some other pictures in the meantime.

The problem trying to get a good picture (with a high shutter speed) indoors is the horrid Fluorescent lighting. Ideally, I want a light source that see continuous. That can be provided by a halogen light source. Fluorescent lighting actually flickers but our eyes can not detect that. For best results, the sun works wonders.
